Notes from Aunt Helen

Aunt Helen sent the following lovely update:

James will be coming home on January the 11th, 2010. He will be speaking in our ward on January 17th at 1 pm.

We wish you a wonderful New Year. We are excited about what 2010 will bring...a son home from a mission and our first grandchild. John and Hailey are expecting in February. They have just purchased a home in Clinton about 2 miles north of us. Hailey just graduated from Weber State. We are really proud of them.

Liz is finishing her Nurse Practitioner degree at BYU and plans to graduate in August with her Master's Degree.

Email Aunt Helen or me for the chapel address if you want to go to the speaking assignment.

Thanksgiving

This is the face of a happy woman. Why is she so happy, you might ask? Because she is married to this. . .

Paragon of manly masculinity, whose married team won the Turkey Bowl yesterday (I presume, though we left early.)

And whose son is pictured here, flying via Awesome Uncle Jesse.

. . . who also enabled my little stinky bear to fly.

The (younger) Marble family are expecting a little boy. Congrats to John and Hailey!!

Golfers Corner

Hey everyone! My little sister, Monica was recently was in a golf tournament at the Utah Junior State Amateur Open and ended up in the Fairways magazine! I was just so proud and thought I would show her off for all of you to see! She won the Utah State Match Play Girls 13-14 Division winning 7 and 5 (whatever that means :)).
